“Psalm 56:3 KJV: “What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee.” On the morning of Friday October 31, 2025, I had two major incidents of blood being discharged from my body. (I will spare you the gross details of that!) It was so bad that I had to agree to go to the local ER. I had already become so weak that having someone drive me to the hospital was absolutely impossible. So my wife, Diana had to call 911 for an ambulance. Once inside the ambulance the EMT guys worked on me and found it close to impossible to find veins that they could put the IVs in to administer all that I needed. It was at least 20 minutes that they were working on me before finally taking the two-block journey to the hospital. As I lay there, I began to lose the ability to breathe properly. At one point I knew that I was fighting for my life, and I did feel some sense of panic. I told the EMTs that I could not breathe, and I knew they were doing all they could to help me. As I lay there feeling desperation with every labored breath, I thought I heard one of them say that my blood pressure was 66 over 40. WOW! I knew right then I was in serious trouble. I knew that this was a battle I couldn’t win. I cried out to the Lord Jesus within my soul not wanting to die because I had not said goodbye to Diana and there had been no time for us to be prepared for this. So, as I lay there I told the Lord, live or die, it was now his problem; He would have to do whatever he wanted and with the words, “Lord Jesus my trust is in you” I simply let go. When I did that, I saw my words in cursive writing in front of me, and at the end of the vision of the phrase, there was a round open portal which I knew was the open door to heaven. I left it in God’s hands as to whether I was to take that step into His eternal presence. As I lay there, the peace that passes all understanding that we talk about so much suddenly became a living reality, as I had surrendered all involvement in any decision about my immediate future. (The only thing I did was pray for the Lord Jesus to help the EMTs and in that moment they came up with a last resort procedure that would bypass the normal IV and allow them to administer everything I needed.) I was in the hospital for three days and I am in the process of making a full recovery. I have had two EKGS and my heart is in perfect condition. My blood pressure is normal without medication. I have had an endoscopy, and everything is clear and normal. The attending physician had pronounced me healthy even telling me that she was amazed when she found out how old I actually am, as she said I looked a lot younger. Praise the Lord! What did I get out of this? Firstly, of course, that despite some extreme opposition and difficulties over the past eighteen years pastoring here, I (we) have definitely been called to minister in these end times. The best is yet to come (Actually it is already here!) I have no clue how it all pans out from here, but I (we) will only do what my Lord tells me to do, which will be the true fulfillment of every word I have received from the Lord in the last (almost) fifty years of ministry. Secondly, I have discovered how simple death is when you are born again and have a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. I learned in those few moments there is no sting in physical death if the process is left completely in God’s Hands, and heaven awaits all who have accepted Jesus as Lord and Savior.
I praise God that I was able to embrace that indescribable peace. It will be an ongoing central part of my life in Christ. I’m really excited about the future and all that I (we) will be privileged to be a part of in these end times. Whoo-hoo! Praise the Lord!
God’s Faithfulness; God’s Timing
by Dea Warford
The picture shown on the first page is of the “Beaver Moon,” taken on November 5, 2025, the day it is called a “supermoon,” a full moon when it is at its closest point to Earth, appearing brighter and larger than usual. The Bible calls the moon “the faithful witness in the sky” (Psalm 89:37).
In last month’s newsletter, I wrote about a prophet with whom I hadn’t spoken to since 2023. He accidentally called me and then quickly hanged up the phone (obviously a call he hadn’t intended to make). I felt the Lord allowed the call because the prophet might have a word for me (I had been seeking God for direction for so long!). I texted him to see if God had a word for me. A few hours later, Prophet Ed Traut, called back and gave me the following prophetic word: “The ministry that you’re in now is coming to an end. And God is bringing you into a new ministry.” Kathy and I already knew that this was likely what God was doing in our lives. So, when I wrote you about this, I called it “A Sure Sign from the Lord.” Later, however, I realized that I had recently taught not to make important decisions with just one sign. So, our loving Lord gave me a second witness, emailed to me on (you guessed it!) November 5, the supermoon faithful witness!
Nancy Gomez, a faithful supporter/intercessor of this ministry wrote me:
“The other day I had a vision during prayer. I saw you on what looked like a small hill in this big open area. I saw you from a distance and it kind of reminded me of Jesus when He was speaking out in the open. You were sitting down teaching and surrounded by a big crowd of young people. Then you started to minister and lay hands on people. I saw brother Nathan and sister Kathy came to join you and minister since it was so many people hungry and thirsty for God. I was across the field watching all this take place and said to myself, ‘I need to go down there and receive my portion of what brother Dea is imparting to this people.’”
“My pastor asked me to invite you to come and preach again to our church. Are you available on Dec. 14? Our service starts at 1:45 PM. It is live via Facebook. We would also love for Nathan when He comes to the USA to come and preach in our church. It would be such a blessing to hear from him and what God is doing on the missionary field through his ministry. It would also be inspiring for our youth.”
Do you think the above qualifies as a second witness? I am sure of it! For many weeks, when I run, I usually run by Claremont Colleges. They have an auditorium that is used for theater and concerts that seats 2,494! I prayerfully ask the Lord as I run for him to give me the privilege of having a salvation, healing crusade there. Or for my children or students from Life Pacific University to do it! I don’t want the credit. I want Jesus to be glorified by signs and wonders which will draw sinner’s to be saved! There is a big park in front of the auditorium which the college utilizes if they expect more than 2,494! So, when Nancy saw me and my family ministering in a big open area, the park fits perfectly! I have been praying for the Lord to use me to reach young people and Nathan is already doing that! Nancy saw this!
A supermoon (faithful witness) on Nov. 5. A testimony sent Nov. 4 of a dramatic healing! Then the above prophecy and invitation emailed Nov. 5. Coincidences? I rebuke that idea! Your Evangelists expect the Holy Spirit to begin doing miraculous “new” things through Warford Ministries. Pray for us. Pray for the miracle mantel to fall. Pray for open doors to win the lost. Pray Dea can impart power to youth half-a-century younger. Pray for Nathan to do the same to youth in Japan! A report is soon coming!
(Above: Nathan, A Buddhist (holding up fingers), Ryan (the African American) and Jonathan (in the checkered shirt), and Mon (red shirt). Ryan and Jonathan are YWAM team members in Osaka.
Friends and family in Christ! These past few weeks since moving to Osaka have been incredibly blessed. I’ve already served in multiple ministries through the Foursquare church including: an orphanage ministry, elder-care home ministry, and an English coffee house ministry to name just a few.
As you can see in the picture the church and my team are highly evangelistic with many ministries focused on outreach or bringing people into the church through creative means. This is just one such example. In the picture is Mon, a young Japanese Christian who I have been discipling and working alongside and an older Japanese man, who is a Buddhist but wants to practice English and learn more about Christianity. This is exactly why I came to Japan: to both reach the lost and raise up young Christian leaders in the church!
We also weekly have a community night with a mix of believers and non-Christians. Multiple opportunities have arisen to share my testimony and share scripture. Eventually, this will lead to an “Alpha” Bible study course and further discipleship.
Speaking of discipleship, as I write you, I am attending a “Full Nets” discipleship making movement school taking place in Osaka. People are gathered from all over the world such as Taiwan, Mongolia, and Egypt to hear stories of church planting movements successes and our textbook is the book of Acts in the Bible! In 2026 my goal is to start a Bible study and church out of my home and to empower Japanese to do the same creating a multiplying movement throughout Osaka.
Please pray for continued connections, vision, and even new team members to join me in this mission. God is bringing so many people to Japan and is doing special things. We recently had a team from Lausanne, Switzerland come and serve alongside us, and they were the first to come from that location in decades. Discipleship and church growth is a focus for many and I’m excited to be on the cutting edge of what God is doing with it in Japan!
You are also a part of this movement with your prayers and giving. Thank you deeply for getting me to this point and believing in the call of God on my life. As I return to the States next month, I look forward to sharing more with you of the vision for 2026 and how you can participate! Thank you!
From Dea: Nathan’s furlough, Dec. 6-Jan. 12 (The Osaka YWAM team is taking this time off also), will be a time of enjoying the holidays with family, of church ministry, of sharing his vision with pastors, friends, and family. He hopes to gain new prayer and financial supporters, and to instill in hearers a vision for Japan and even those who will come for short-term missionary trips to Japan. What about you?
(I have been sending out a daily email study on the Book of Revelation. I will do so into January. Sign up today by email or text and you won’t miss the rest of the series). Here is one excerpt from a recent study…
“They do not rest day or night, saying: Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty” (4:8).
This verse describes something the “four living creatures,” positioned around the throne, are saying “day and night” (which is equivalent to our 24 hours a day). Notice they don’t even take a break from this activity:
“They do not rest.”
Also, note they were not saying,
“love, love, love”… or …
“grace, grace, grace.”
Yet, to hear many of today’s preachers, you would think love and grace are the two terms that best describe God. Yes, “God is love,” and He is the “God of all grace,” yet these are NOT what those closest to Him are celebrating. Let this sink in…
Day and night, without stopping, these beings situated closest to God were seen by John continually declaring His holiness! Some people think love is the highest attribute of God. It isn’t.
Holiness is the highest attribute of God!
Here’s proof: The love of God is NOT enough to save a lost sinner and deliver him from an eternity in hell unless He comes through Christ. Only Jesus’ substitutionary death on the Cross sufficiently satisfies the need for a Holy God to overlook man’s sins. Today’s mantra by many so-called Christians is:
“A loving God would not send a sinner to an eternity in a Lake of Fire.”
Here’s the mantra, however, of those closest to this loving God: Their “holy’s” are the equivalent of saying:
“A Holy God cannot allow an unholy sinner (who blasphemes His Name, repeatedly speaks unholy f-words, and celebrates nudity, etc.) in His Presence.”
One might ask, “But what if they go to church and don’t do really bad things? Surely, they could make it to Heaven!” That might be a pleasant thought, but here’s God’s answer to that:
“Without holiness, no one… (“No one!” is NOT very inclusive!) …will see the Lord” (Hebrews 12:14 NIV).
Case dismissed!
Isaiah 6:3 tells us that the Seraphim angels also cry,
“Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts.”
(“Hosts” in Hebrew means “armies.”).
These angels add to their proclamation,
“The whole earth is full of His glory!”
People often describe “praying in the spirit” as the “language of heaven.” But I submit to you that the language of heaven is to cry “holy!”
When the Lord revealed this truth to me, it changed my life. How often since then have I humbly lifted my hands to Heaven and joined the living creatures and the Seraphim to cry out and pray, “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts…The earth is full of His glory!”
Use the language of heaven! Cry “Holy” often!
